Our lives are inspired by the dreams we have from the earliest stages of our youth. When you combine passion and hard work, then success is always possible. While no road is every straight, dedication and persistence will always lead you to your dreams.

Coming out of the fog and a new look
I have done nothing this week wrt training...just trying to feel better is all I have been after...drinking lots of water, getting lots of sleep. I hate drugs and have to be deathly ill (or in labour) before I will take them. I have found that smarties are the perfect comfort food. I love smarties and an orange float when I am sickly. Anyway, I am going to try to run tomorrow. I have a 2 week pass to a local gym so onto the treadmill I go. Aiming for 30 minutes. Will see. Not sure about swimming on Sunday as my ear still hurts and maybe I could forego the swim for a bike ride. Looking forward to getting back at the routine next week. Keep y'all posted!! Going to get highlights today...I have also decided I have more fun when I am blonde...so looking to really lighten things up and pamper thyself a bit. Also heading out to the ballet with the girls tomorrow...cougar sightings are expected in the next 36 hours in downtown Saskatoon...
