Schedule is all messed up

When life (or your car) throws a curve ball, things just go haywire. Did not get to my swim today as expected BUT got on my bike for an hour!! Was a good ride today. Watched the movie "Gone Baby Gone" and let me tell you, there were parts in that movie where my heart rate was up in zone 4!! And don't watch this movie if you have children...I started it last night and quickly realized I was not going to sleep if I continued. May I just say, that I generally parent my the seat of my pants and have made LOTS of mistakes but the mom in that show was an effing IDIOT!!
I see the weather forcast is for minus 3 this Saturday...let's do a collective WHOOP!! Let's also all send our positive thoughts to the good weather gods that we have that kind of temp NEXT Saturday for our half marathon!!
