JP's Half Marathon Advice

Just got of the phone with Justin as he had wanted to talk to me about the half marathon "strategy". I think he may be a bit more competitive than I as he says he will be sure to look up my results online later in the day Saturday....gulp!! Hopefully he is not too disappointed!! Ha Ha!! He tells me to run nice and easy for about 45 minutes. Enjoy the day, the group, the run. Then...let er rip. He says I should be good and tired at the end but finish strong as that will do lots for me mentally. I should do the second half of the run faster than the first. And I will most likely be running by those who possibly went out too fast, which is also a boost. Will be sure to put everything in the race report, right here, on Saturday!!

Looking forward to it! Are you going to get someone to take a picture of you crossing the finish line?
