Our lives are inspired by the dreams we have from the earliest stages of our youth. When you combine passion and hard work, then success is always possible. While no road is every straight, dedication and persistence will always lead you to your dreams.

Short week
The trouble with long weekends is that now I have a super short week and lots to do. Good thing my training schedule is not so hard this week as we have the Hypo Half on Saturday. I saw JP put on my schedule a total workout time of 2 hours....nothing like a bit of pressure!! I have to talk to him today or tomorrow so I want to set him straight that if I did this thing in 2 hours, I would be friggin THRILLED!!! Anyway, sort of got my swim in today...it was a horrible swim. There was no coach and somebody just wrote a workout on the board but everyone in the pool did their own thing and I HATE that!! So left early. Was actually really bummed about that swim until...I jumped on the scale at the pool...152!! OMG!! 152!! That totally made my day!! I even weighed in twice and asked the lady standing next to me to read me the number to make sure I had it right!

As long as everyone else in your lane does their thing at least as fast as you are, then life is good. And we all have too much structure in our lives anyway. Congrats on the number!
