Sunday Swim

Got to my swim today. Tried out the new goggles (love them!) and new suit. Was a pretty good workout, lots of pull, some with pull-buoys and some with just paddles...eww, my arms and shoulders feel like I have been hauling bags of sand around. I can't remember how much we did, somewhere around 4000, I think. Nothing really fast, just long distance stuff. But felt good in the water. The number...157...this was a nice surprise that I managed to maintain things through being sick as I ate and ate and ate...mostly take out crap!! So good for me!! And made my weekly trek to Winners. I splurged and bought a new pair of jeans...$25...yep, the last pair I bought was $6 at vv's so this was a GREAT find!!

Good for you...Swim was 3700 without the cooldown 50s. How was coach today? 192 and holding.
