Our lives are inspired by the dreams we have from the earliest stages of our youth. When you combine passion and hard work, then success is always possible. While no road is every straight, dedication and persistence will always lead you to your dreams.

frustrated...
Did my hour run today. It was an awful run! The only positive was that I tried out my new sports bra, my new neck warmerand my new winter running socks. All were good purchases. The run was slow and tired and heavy legs and I could not get into it. But it is done. I turned the garmin off about half way through as I don't want to know. I am caving and going to the doctor today. My right ear feels like it is going to explode. It has been a week now and I am not prone to ear infections so off to the doc I go to see what's up. I can hardly talk it hurts so bad...which the people at work will appreciate!!

get better soon - we have lots of fooling around to do on that Hypo half ...as Greg so gently pointed out to me - I shouldnt have a time goal - i should finish running the 21.2 k and feel like I could go another ten k. How is that for changing perspectives....lol
Thanks...a bit of a panic attack today...not feeling good (again) and now I have been called out of town the week before that run......$%^$%%^&%$$!!!!! Slow and steady and a great lunch afterwards!! That is what I am focusing on.
maybe the tortoise should be my mascot...lol
Thank goodness the bra worked--I know how frustrating that is and can really throw your run off!!!!!
Even though it was a bad run you still did an hour!! Good job.
