Justin's advice...

Just got this e-mail from Justin as I sent him a panicked "ohmygod, I feel horrible and I am missing workouts all over the place!!"

Feel better soon! This is prime getting sick season. I wish you a speedy recovery. Please keep missing your workouts until you feel better. If you were to do anything, it would be to try and work out at the same times as your workouts are currently scheduled, just at a much lower workload and duration. You would be doing this to only keep up your routine and to help reduce stress. It would not be training per se.
