Back at it
Last night I spent the evening at one of the local bike shops learning about all sorts of bike related things. A very well spent 2.5 hours. I can now confidently change both my tires on my bike...no problem. Who knew how important a set of nail clippers and baby powder could be when it comes to bike maintenance? I could have spent another 4 hours there picking the guy's brain and having him show me every inch of my bike. He was honest and said the yellow cervelo needs some loving and I need to get her to him soon. She is apparently a legend, the very first cervelo in Saskatoon about 10 years ago and he has worked on her several times. I also picked out a new helmet that is super cool!! It is red and white (the same colors as the CSC Team...and yes, I had to ask what that meant!!) and has some funky stuff happening at the back. I look like the villian from the Spiderman movie!! Except he was green, but I will post a picture as it is very fun!! Does red and white go with a yellow bike? I will have to find an outfit that co-ordinates everything together... Got onto my bike this morning for 45 minutes. I was wanting to do an hour but could not get my a** out of bed. Going for a run tomorrow am and a swim on Sunday.

One of the girls in spin class, I think her name is Claire, has a yellow Cervelo. That colour is the most gorgeous yellow I have ever seen. I want the bike just for that colour.
That said, there was a high end Orbea , I think an Ordu, just assembled waiting for a new owner at spin class. Wow. I was afraid to look at the price.
