Small Training Week
Looking forward this week, not much going on wrt training. Rest Day today and tomorrow, swim Wednesday morning, bike Wed night and Friday morning. That's it!! Legs feel good, a bit stiff today as I sat on my arse in front of the television pretty much all afternoon yesterday. Had supper with some good friends and laughed and laughed so I think that should be my ab workout for today! Looking forward to getting the cabin opened up for the spring/summer. And my number...156...I don't understand why it fluctuates so much? Any advice would be appreciated...is that normal? But at least generally, it is moving in the correct direction!!

kelly i am the same - i am UP 3 pounds from that frickign run but i feel puffy, bloated and FAT!
I'm on a small training week here too 8 hours tops, and just as well, last week was a biggie. Rest is good.
As for the number fluctuations, I'd put any random 3 pound swing down to being female. Sort of like the error in polling, you know +/-5% 19 times out of 20. It's a game you guys can't win. If you weigh yourself every day, you stress about every little random fluctuation. If you do it every week, it's just more stressful, since if you're on the "wrong" end of the swing, it's ruined your week. You can't imagine how glad I am to be a men and not have to worry about it.
Hmmm. Here's a suggestion, only partially tongue in cheek. Treat it like the weather. If you don't like the number, wait an hour and try again. It's sure to be different.
