Our lives are inspired by the dreams we have from the earliest stages of our youth. When you combine passion and hard work, then success is always possible. While no road is every straight, dedication and persistence will always lead you to your dreams.

It's 9 am and everyone is still sleeping!!
I hate getting in the habit of not doing things...like running this week. I knew last night I was not going to feel like going this morning so I was making deals with myself left and right. I put all my gear out on the couch so I wouldn't have the excuse I could not find something. If it was any colder than minus 25, I wasn't going outside, I would get on the treadmill....I checked the weather this morning and it was "only" minus 22. Interesting how perspectives change!! Felt like running the bridges this morning so I drove to the Roastery and started from there. JP had said do not do more than 30 minutes just to get back into the groove. So I did 30 minutes and 12 seconds!! It felt really good and I did not see my HR get up over about 140. Felt like I could have ran forever. Nice and easy and slow...perrrfect. Got back to the Roastery and grabbed a coffee...as this was one of my deals to myself, a small reward for getting up and out there. Saw GP and Bruce who politely asked me to join them, but I have learned to not intrude on a couple of buddies. So got home and everyone is still asleep as I enjoy my coffee and read the news and write on this blog. A good start to a Saturday!!

You weren't intruding. We talk about nothing!! You would have brought the level of conversation up a whole lot!!
