whew...

They can be so precious...

Super Saturday today. Up at 5:30am to get my bike workout in. 5 sets of 6 minutes at my steady state HR with 4 minutes easy pedalling. Was a good, good workout.
Got ready (nylons and business suit on a friggin Saturday...yak) and stopped into the Roastery for my weekly fix of Roastery coffee. Then downtown to the auditorium where the firm was hosting 300 clients for a seminar and lunch. Nothing like being "on" for several hours...and having to stand in front of these people and explain the markets this year...eek!!
Then home to change clothes (thank god) and out to fight the masses. Bought Mr. M a pair of skates. He has refused to take them off...I SO do NOT want to be a "hockey mom" but it is important to his father he learns to skate. Why, why, why do I go to the Superstore on a Saturday I will never know...but got the errands done and home to feed and water the family. There was a group of tri-buddies heading out tonight but I missed the e-mails and had no time to find a sitter, which is probably just as well, as I am beat tonight and am heading the the couch with a blanket, very shortly!
