Got in my Wednesday swim today. The dude that was in the PINK speedo last time showed up today in a GREEN speedo. And it was teensy bit see-through. Not that I was looking.
But.
I struck up a conversation with him as he looks like a character. Lots of tatoos, big silver hooped ear rings, the speedos. Super nice and friendly guy. We did part of the workout together, which went a little something like this:
500 easy swim; 200 kick;100 swim; 6x50 swim on 15-20 seconds rest; 10x100...I did these on 1:35 leaving on 1:45.
And.
I totally FORGOT to do my push-ups today...duh.
But.
The day is not yet over and I have nothing going on tonight so I will let y'all know how many I can come up with tomorrow!! A couple of the gals swimming today have also come up with an AB Challenge...holy, I could be, might be, better be, super ripped come spring....

Cheers on being super ripped in 09!! Ha ha ha, the speedo man at your pool completely reminded me of the man at our pool... way see through and always another color! I dare you to post his photo... ha ha ha!
