Wednesday bike ride
I have not been great at making it to my cycling class on Wednesday nights. I just cannot get the family home and fed and organized in time for me to get there by 6:00pm. But I have been doing the workouts at home, so that must count for something??!! Yesterday, I went to pick up the boys and my little one was sick. We got home, he did not want to eat, so I put him in the bath tub and then we cuddled on the couch for a good chunk of the evening. They want to grow up so fast and I want them to be little for so long. Not many years will I have left for when they want to cuddle so I did not get onto the bike until well after 7:00pm. Yuk. I HATE working out that late!! And my legs were tired at the start...maybe from all the bouncing I did in the morning...But got the workout in and had a HOT bath to make sure I was good and tired and had a terrific sleep!! Slept a solid 8 hours! This never happens....so I feel good today!
