Swim on Wednesday morning
JP tells me I should try to get out to one more swim during the week, so I have chosen Wednesday mornings. It is a long course swim which is okay because it marginally feels like open water swimming...especially when I get run over by GP as he trys to pass someone in his own lane...shoulder checks are critical when trying to do that....just a tip. Anyway, didn't really matter as I did not have a good swim. I was tired and just could not get any get up and go. But I was there, got in about 2400 meters...watched the kids in the Goldfins finish their workout. Wow...I do not remember being that small!! One gal looked like she was doing 200m Fly sets...holy god!! Off for a bike workout tonight.
