i have nothing to say

Nothing. But here are some tidbits...
I feel better. Have not worked out in a week. Read Jenn's blog about quitting and i have quit several times this week. My job, my kids, triathlons, home stuff, I have quit everything a few times in the past 7 days!! Taking off on my life and living as a homeless person somewhere warm was actually appealing to me a few days ago.
I talked to Coach Justin today...poor guy, I think he was afraid to call me. I sent him a sucky, whiney e-mail at the beginning of the week with the tone of "I feel crappy, don't call me, I can't talk to you this week about anything triathlon..." So he called me today. He and the CTS office have ALL signed up for the 100 push up challenge!! This is funny as a few weeks ago he told me he did a run not too long ago and they ran a mile, did 20 push ups, ran a mile, 20 pushups...all in all they did about 300 pushups...
So the plan to get me back on track is this...a date with my running shoes tomorrow...a bike ride on Saturday...a swim on Sunday. In between those are a dinner party at our house tonight...super busy day at work tomorrow...a weekend in hell...10 x 5&6 year olds at the Fun Factory for Sir Matthew's b-day party...I am hosting a brunch on Sunday and my mother is having a gingerbread house making party at her house on Sunday as well...go, go,...GO!!!
