Wednesday bike ride
I am good at recovery weeks. No stress. No panic about how to get all those workouts in. Lots of sleep. Stayed up late last night and watched a movie. But getting itchy!! Seriously...and it is only Wednesday!! JP had some strict instructions about recovery week. Keep moving but no stress. Do either the Wed morning swim or the bike ride, don't do both. Okay, something has happened to me as I have chosen the bike ride!! Over the swim!! I checked my upcoming weeks and I see a field test snuck in there on the bike. eek! Apparently, my first one did not give the best information, probably because I had a headache, was late for the test and a bit frazzled. My HR zones are way off compared to my running zones. So he wants me to re-do it, preferrably outside and get as accurate data as possible. Because as he puts it "We have some serious cycling to do before July..." Yikes! Hopefully this crazy weather smartens up!!

It's amazing how you start really missing two workouts a day, eh? As though you are not doing enough and you just want to get out there and do something!! Way to go for picking the bike over the swim! We have ourselves a little cyclist on our hands now!! :) :)
