Look at my Widget!!

Officially under 100 days!!! EEEEK!!!!

In other news, have had an okay recovery week...some serious recovery happening here. Have done very little as I have not felt 100%. I have been feeling like I am on the verge of something so I opt to sleep rather than workout. Have a bike ride and run planned for tomorrow and a run and swim planned for Sunday. So we will see how I feel after/during those. But looking forward to next week...I better get better real fast!! The good news is that my number is holding steady this week at 153. I guess my attention to what I am putting into my mouth is working out for me!

Went to my book club last night. Book Club Rocks! (That makes me laugh cause that is our group on Facebook...such nerds...) Ten very different ladies so we have some really good discussions and some really good laughs and always too much wine. There are a few accountants, an attorney for the Federal Justice Dept, a stay at home mom, a minister's wife, a triathlete (okay...that's a joke!!) And THE FOOD!! OMG!! The next book is "Bel Canto".

Kelly I feel the sniffles coming on too - I "thought" it was allergies but now not so sure. Instead of training I cleaned the house :) It has to get done sometime - why not on a cold day - that means on a nice day I CAN BE OUTSIDE!!! Went for a glorious 1 hour massage today and am going to have a hot bath and relax :) Tommorow - long run/swim(yeah right!), Sunday long bike/run... OH, and my weight is down 4 pounds THIS WEEK!!!
