speaking of peanuts...

www.ilovepeanutbutter.com - is the company that made my dark chocolate dream.
I got the very first phone call from the school last week. Oh yeah! One of my busiest days of the year at work, all pistons firing, the kindergarten teacher calls to tell me Matthew has threatened one of the little girls in his class with peanuts...she is deathly allergic. A death threat? So he lost lots of stuff at home and he was not allowed to stay for lunch this week. He likes to stay for lunch then he has extra time on the playground...rather than wasting that precious time walking to and from daycare for lunch! He was not happy. Oh well.
In training news, I am 3 for 3. Yep. A swim on Sunday. Moved down a lane and swam with the fun guys, and not the fast guys. Just was not really into it so thought I would get into it if I had a few laughs with CoryF and Stephan. Sure enough my mood changed and turned out to be a really good workout. A bike ride last night. Had an early meeting so did not have time to do the workout in the morning, so I let my kids play their video games (gah!!) and I biked for 45 minutes...hey, judge me but you do what ya gotta do.
And then a run this morning. Was a very good run. I love running. I love running in the mornings. The sun was just peeking over the horizon when I was coming home and I LOVED IT!!!
Can't decide about the Simon Lessing clinic. What should I do? The organizer has offered me a one day deal...rather than go for two days I can choose either day to attend (Thank-you!!!). That is ALOT of working out for one day!! And I just cannot commit time wise to two days and would be totally bagged for the rest of the week if I had to do ALL those workouts! Let's do my half ironman...in March!!! Jenna, CoryF and Chuck will be there so I can count on a good ab workout from laughing...
In other news...I still have the bike. Yes. My found mountain bike that the lost and found people were supposed to come and get and I have called them twice and they keep telling me they are coming. I am calling them one more time and if it is not gone by the end of the week, Kelly has a brand new mountain bike!!!
