i did it...

Yep. A total mental break through this morning.
90 minutes on my bike.
Some reading this are raising their eyebrows in a collective "So?" Well, this is ALOT of minutes (at one time) for me...on my bike. At this time of year. The workout was 5 times 10 minutes in my steady state HR. It was hard mentally to keep the ole heart working up there but it is DONE!

Good for you! Now if you duct tape the kids to a tree, you'll be able to double that no problem!

Sounds like where the clinic is being held is an incubator for sickness. Yuck. Get better soon.
