Well, I got the a-okay from my cute little physio gal yesterday to run again!! She is so small and she makes me do these excersises where I have to push against her and I told her I was worried big ole me would knock her over and she gave me a look that said "Yeah? Try me!!" Turns out she is also very strong!!
Up again at 5:00am...did my stretches....I am thinking I should have been doing these all along but never have made the time...and headed out for my run.
FORTY SEVEN MINUTES!!
Okay, the last 20 or so minutes were a bit of walking and a bit of running....but I am totally pumped about this! The leg felt awesome, not one issue. And it feels good still now.
Had a talk with Justin today, about getting ready to start some structured training again. I am super excited!! The next several weeks are to ease back into a schedule and make sure it is going to stick as best it can through the holidays.
