helloooo bike trainer how ya been?

I did a bike workout today.
I will say it again....bike, workout.
Bike.
Workout.
On my trainer. In my living room. I sweat like a cold beer in July. But it felt good! One hour. Done!!
So....the Ultraman, eh? How do I get on a team for this....I want to do the swim...if you are reading this and need a swimmer...let me know!! I would TOTALLY be up for something like that. The bike ride would literally be the death of me...I could do the run with some training, but I think the swim would be a hoot! I checked the website out last night and holy crap...some of those people did their 10km swim in 2.5 hours!!! YIKES! I was thinking it would take me well over 3...?
