a fine Saturday morning

Was up and at it at 6:00 today as I wanted to get a run in. I was aiming for 30 minutes of running and 30 minutes of walking. To try my leg out and see how it has liked all the stretching I have been doing!! But Luke had other plans...he was up at about 6:15 and had no intentions of going back to sleep. So we played for a bit and tried to be quiet but that is a hard task for a 2 year old...so I bundled him up, threw him in the stroller and we walked for about an hour. And you can really work up a sweat while walking fast and pushing a stroller!! Was an absolutely gorgeous morning! The sun was just coming up and we stopped for a minute for a Booster Juice for him and a Roastery coffee for me. Ran into a few of the guys from the tri-club and got the question I have been getting for the last few months "How bout those stock markets?" AHHH!!!! Leave me alone about work!! I don't want to think/talk about it while buying a coffee!! I seriously try not to talk about work (ever) when with the tri-club but I guess lately it comes with the job. People just want to know what is going on and the media irritates me on how they have handled things so I feel responsible to set the record straight.
Up next is a swim tomorrow morning. First time in the water since the triathlon up at Waskesiu in August. And before that, I had not been in the water since the half ironman at the beginning of July....my arms and body hurt just thinking about tomorrow morning!!
