Got to the pool today in good time. I somehow landed the Swim Co-ordinator position in our local club and we had a board meeting today at 8:00. Justin's game plan was for a 2000 meter swim and an hour and 20 minute run. I felt a little bad about being out of the house for a good chunk of the afternoon yesterday and then again out the door early today and again an early morning meeting tomorrow...so I swam just 30 minutes but it was still around 1800 meters...close enough. Got changed and drove to the weir and ran the bridges and a little bit. Had to dig deep to find my legs those first few minutes!! Cranked some Motely Crue and Ozzy and 12 minutes in, was good to go. Had a terrific run!! Don't know what my legs will feel like tomorrow, but Garmin tells me I held an average 5.56/ kms...this is very good and steady for me...especially after my "epic" bike ride yesterday!! It was so gorgeous out there, I could have ran all day. But alas, soccer starts today so off to the soccer field we go.
A good friend was over the other day and made a very funny observation about me. He said "Since you have had kids, you speak in only three word sentences!!"
When I thought about it he was right...
Put that back!

Honestly, I don't know how you keep up with everything. There's days I'm tired just reading your blog.
lol...your sentence will get longer when they start to add in the Why questions -or the how do birds make babies questions ... three words never doees it unless you follow my example of always just saying "wait til marriage"
