Time on my bike today....HOORAY!! Wind was a bitch...cross winds even bitchier...but we did it. Almost fell twice as the cross winds were seriously not nice. In the VAULT!!
In the vault! kaboom! Feels good when it's done. I was in solid head winds just about the entire ride today, but I think I prefer that to gusty crosswinds.
damn thoses were badass cross winds... we had to tip our bikes towards the road to stay on.... in perpetual tip - when we swithed directions the bloody wind did too...however - in the vault and I got in my run speed work this weekend too- at RACE PACE on rolling hills!!! More later just got home.
