then...and now

Then...I am in the middle...how do you like those jeans!!?? And the NAILS!! Ha Ha!! And I never smoked so I don't even remember this picture being taken but it showed up under my Christmas tree this year...someone was waitng and waiting for me to get famous or run for office to use it but since neither of those things have happened...it was a Christmas present this year!!!
Now...I just finished a 2.5 hour run and managed 25kms!! I am super happy with this. And THANK_YOU to Chuck for coming out with me and keeping an eye on Garmin and slowing us down evey so often. I am sure it felt like you were walking for alot of it, but thanks so much for helping me put this time in. It will all be worth it in April!! And we had the world's problems solved by about 8:00am so that was a bonus! Was a gorgeous morning for a run. My new favorite song to run to is "Touch of Gray" by the Grateful Dead. I LOVE that song!!!
Next up is a swim tomorrow and I am interested to see how my legs feel...might be a pull buoy day...
