my shorts fell down and I got stung by a bee

What a day!! First, I am dealing with two clients with dementia. They are refusing to let their powers of attorney take over. Very frustrating. Patience, patience...patience. The one lady called the office FOUR times today to confirm her Monday appointment. Then I was thinking about going for a swim in the lake but didn't exactly get the "invite". A group had gone out last night but I was on my bike with Jenn. I don't know what to do when that happens...it wasn't posted on the bulletin board, so it wasn't exactly public, do I just go and show up? That would be dorky...wouldn't it? Anyway, figured I should be on my bike anyway. Went for an amazing ride tonight!! Until I reached back to feel where my shorts were at as it was feeling a bit breezy and weird back there and they had kind of creeped down...no crack showing, but pretty darn close!! Then on my last interval I was cruising along and a big bee flew into my helmut. He was banging himself around in there and my first instinct was to unlatch my helmut and throw it off, but I was flying down the highway! Slammed on my brakes, did a friggin endo, still clipped in, took my helmut off and the bastard stung me just a milli second before!! OUCH!! Put the helmut back on, my heart rate was soaring as I was in the middle of an interval and finished it off!! Whew...home now, safe and sound...hopefully!!
