no sleep = no swim

Oh the joy of having young children and trying to train for a half ironman.
No sleep last night as Matthew was up ALL night with a sore ear. blah.
So no swim for me today.
I guess if there is a workout I can miss, it could be the swim...
Coffee is my friend today.
I am so tired.

Hang in there, coffee will help. Swimming's ALWAYS the first to go. Can you do some core work at home instead so you don't feel so guilty? If not, who cares about that either :). Also, young kids=still take naps, right? Amen for nap time, snuggle up with them for some shut eye!!!
