another test...another belt!!

He is into the solid colors now. In the class with the "big kids". And competes...but only if he wants to (I think Jenna is the only person that relates to that comment...) YAY Matthew!! We are so proud of you and your success with your passion...TKD!!!
Back to me...Did a kick ass run on Saturday. Mistakenly ate before I went out and felt like I was going to barf for most of it. Wanted to see how long I could hold the BM qualifying pace...45 minutes...so I only have 3 hours to go!! Holy Shit. This will be a big, big challenge!!
Swam on Sunday. Was a really good swim. Did some longer stuff which is right up my alley. Although I must say, some of those guys are a bit out of shape, which surprises me. Coach Justin always says you want to BUILD on your fitness. Try not to loose any. Some of them were huffin and puffin after just a few hundred meters. (I was kind of too...but wasn't letting on...)
Missed my bike ride today. Ack. I need to have a chat with JP as Tuesdays are just too hard to get a workout in, have a weekly early morning meeting on Tuesdays and unless I am up at 4:30am...these are just not going to happen.
That's it...looking forward to a swim tomorrow...I ordered a couple of new suits from splish...the ARGH! suit because who does not want skulls on their bathing suit and the SUPERSTAR suit because, well, why not be a bit cocky at the pool!!!!...super cool!!

Love the splish suits!

Congrats to Matthew on his TKD belt! Loved the pic.

45 mins is a great start!!!! better than 5 mins on that pace. Great job.

I think that swimsuits should come with some sort of bumwear indicator...You know how razors have that little strip that wears away when it's time for a new razor? Or the blue bristles of a toothbrush fade away when it's time for a new toothbrush?

The only thing is...where would it be? LMAO!!!

Did that Danger suit fit you??

And what do you mean you did some long stuff?? Where the hell were you while I swam the last 500m of the workout?? Hmmmm? Gabbing with the huffers and puffers- that's where!!LOL
