learn to run...again

What is with my running? I am awkward and slow and feel like I have had to learn this skill all over again. Went out today for 40 minutes. Honestly, I was HAPPY with 40 minutes as I have not lasted longer than about 30 since GWN. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have just a few weeks to get my shit together for the half marathon in Regina, September 7.

No problem!

This means I HAVE to run when I am out in Penticton...which should not be difficult as all of the fit hard bodies will be out there for the race and I will be stumbling along trying to get an hour in here and there...but holy motivation!!

Three words for my run today: what, the, hell?

You could wear your wonder woman costume out for some runs in Penticton!! :) :) :)
