the hills

Isn't there a television show with the same name?
We made it to BC...I have survived my mother...so far. I am spending the next two days with my Dad at his cabin right on Lake Okanagon...it is fabulous!!
Went for a run today and little bit of hill training on my holiday...why not? My bros gave me a route to run and holy moly hills. But got through it and ran well over an hour and didn't even get lost! I am starting to run a bit scared as I have that half marathon in just over two weeks. eek!
Back to Westbank for Saturday night and then on to Penticton Sunday morning to watch THE RACE!!
I am so EXCITED!! Gonna be a great day and the weather is looking like it is going to be very nice.
