got that ride in

What a beautiful morning here on the prairies! Went out on the yellow cervelo for 90 minutes today. Felt pretty good. Lots of cyclists out there today on the Casino road which is different as there is usually nobody out there. Was good to see. This was the weekend Justin had said I should enter in a 40 km time trial. Asked around and just concluded that I could not comfortably show up at something like that and be among real cyclists and say "Let's race!!" Ha Ha!! So I did my own little version this morning. Ended up doing 40km in 1:21.13. It is what it is and something to improve on!! My legs feel it right now...but it felt really good and i am really starting to feel like I belong on that bike...don't know if that makes sense, but I guess another word would be "confident".
