worlds apart

Got an e-mail from Coach Justin yesterday:
"I'm not in the office but if you need to talk to me, call my cell."
We chat every Tuesday.
I did want to chat, cause I wanted to see if he saw my running field test...so I called his cell. He sounded very far away. I asked where he was. An athlete he coaches flew him over to Hawaii for some private coaching...yeah...
He sounded very excited and out of breath so I asked him what was up.
"I just got in from my bike ride. I rode the Hawaii Ironman course today and I rode it with Lance Armstrong!!!'
OMG.
So he sent me this picture...nice view don't you think!! Check out those calves...!!!
