what's new

Nothing.
I still have not yet done a workout.
Justin sent me an e-mail..."Relax. Let's talk when you are ready."
Okey Dokey
I think I am getting close...to getting ready....to do something. We had our local tri club sign up on Wednesday night and I have signed up for Sunday swims again. Jenna and Chuck will be there...thank-gawd. And we are in the city's brand new $50 mil facility!! Bonus. I will post pics so you can all see what our taxes have built. It really is a beaut.
Hosted my book club last night. Had too much wine and ate way too much. Was a really good time. Those gals are all so on their game. Except not many like my book choice; "Sing them Home." Oh well...can't be brilliant ALL the time...next up is "Book of Negroes." Looking forward to this one.
On tap for the weekend is maybe a bike ride...the weather is absolutely gorgeous and I would hate to waste it. A tri-club function. A 40th birthday party. Hockey practice (at which I expect to be tired and hung over...but sometimes you just gotta have fun...) Paint part of the fence. Clean the garage. The couch. Football.
Have a good one!!

A bike ride? A big bike ride so you can deserve all the beer/doritos/burgers/pizza/snack goodness that will happen? Take notes, we want to hear ALL about it. Especially the good bits.

You have a good coach -- listen to your body first and foremost -- even if that means inhaling vast quantities of "beer/doritos/burgers/pizza/snack goodness!!" :) :) :)
