Kelly's analysis: I just felt like running so that's what I did...even with a sore knee...I have the entire winter to recover
Taking a break from running, biking, swimming and all things triathlon. Even this blog. Promise to read and keep up with everyone. Going to pursue some other things over the next month or so...have always wanted to try yoga. Going to work on my core and flexibility. Get my house and life organized...hired a housekeeper today...kid's activities start in the next week...swimming starts up again at the beginning of October. So until then, have fun, stay healthy and fit, catch up with y'all in a little bit!!
