sick-o

Been sick.
Not real sick but that on the verge of being sick so you are not sure if you should just relax until it goes away or ignore it or just punch through it. I stayed home from work Friday to hang out but I could not sit still and ended up doing a bunch of errands and did the neatest, coolest little valentine's project for Luke's preschool. I am quite proud of them, actually!! I guess I should have gone to work but I DID sleep for over two hours in the afternoon so the day was not totally wasted. Saturday was our usual run around the city doing all sorts of stuff.
Should NOT have sat in a cold hockey rink for two hours as Sunday was a total write off. I slept all day...felt like shit. Missed my swim...missed a big run i was to do...had a small panic attack...
Drug myself into work today but still feel like hell.
Not sure what the week will bring as far as workouts go as I need to feel better before I can tackle anything.

Show us some pics of your cool project!! I agree with Jenna -- rest. FORCE YOURSELF TO REST. Not do errands, run around, or keep busy. Just sit there and rest. :) :)

I know this is a near impossible task with a busy family but even a little rest will do wonders for you. :)

I think resting is the important thing. But I hate not knowing if it's going to turn into something bigger or just pass. So frustating.

PS- re your comment about the ceiling fan, we almost got a divorce installing one too. I got a kick out of your comment.

Feel better.
